Founded in 1992 by brothers Peter Seidler and Robert Seidler, The Seidler Company, LLC ("TSC") is a closely held management investment firm and the predecessor to the four dedicated private equity funds raised by Seidler Equity Partners ("SEP") since 2000. The firm’s third managing partner, Eric Kutsenda, began working directly with TSC in 1995 and SEP has steadily expanded the investment team since that time. Since our founding over two decades ago, we have had a consistent approach that emphasizes investing to support long-term value creation by aligning the growth incentives of our portfolio companies, their management teams, employees and shareholders.
